Thank you for shopping with Hello My Love! We would like you to read our purchase and shipping terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products from our website.

Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these purchase and shipping terms, which constitute the agreement Hello My Love C.O.C. number 69870748 (we, us, our or Hello My Love) and you.


Each product of Hello My Love is unique. Therefore, it may differ slightly from the pictures. Measurements displayed on our product pages are always an estimate and can differ with 1-2 cm. No compensation can be given for incorrect images, measurements and other product details.

You MUST provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request by mail to ensure the accuracy of your order.

IMPORTANT! You MUST enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. We don't do double checks, so if you enter an incorrect address, Hello My Love is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.

Please make sure to CHECK the delivery address on your invoice as well. If we need to adjust something, let us know within 30 minutes and we will try to adjust it. 

If your package is already shipped out, there's nothing we can do for you. In most cases PostNL will sent the package back to us. We will not re-send the order and will issue a refund. The original shipping costs and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Please think twice before you place an order! You are not supposed to order 20 items and to return 19. Think about the environment and work to clean and repack your returned goods.

Read the measurements and compare it to a clothing piece or jewellery of yourself. If the measurements are missing, you can always contact us by mail or DM on Instagram and we are happy to help you out!

If the size is not right, you can always exchange it for another size.


All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Euro's (EUR) and include VAT (21%). Costs relating to international orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter. The actual international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary.

We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you.


Hello My Love accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Paypal, iDeal, KBC, Sofort Banking and Bank Transfer (only on request & needs to be paid within 5 business days).

After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.


We recognise that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.

We use the highest strength Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to transmit your personal and credit card details. This means absolute security and privacy. 

We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured.


By agreeing to these purchase and shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to the Hello My Love business, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. Of course, you may at any time, unsubscribe from receiving updates from us. Simply email us [email protected], or click 'unsubscribe' within one of our mailouts.


We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in the Netherlands. 

Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated email stating that your order is 'awaiting fulfillment' this means it is waiting to be sent out and usually is shipped the same day or next day after ordering, excluding weekends.

Hello My Love may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.

Orders placed in our webshop cannot be cancelled once it is processed so please think twice before placing the order.


Should a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us at [email protected] with the order number and the product code or product name of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.
