Thank you for visiting Hello My Love. We understand that buying things online sometimes don't go as planned, but no sweat, it happens! We’ve got you covered. You can return your items in 14 days after the shipment mail.
This policy outlines our returns, exchanges and refunds policy. By processing your payment with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and returns of your purchase.
★ We DO NOT accept returns on the following items: SALE ITEMS and EARRINGS.
You can exchange sale items for another size/color if the item is in stock or receive store credit*. Due to hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return earrings.
*Once we have received your package, we will email you a unique code with your store credit. This credit code is valid for 1 year and the whole amount must be used at once. You will not have credit left over if you do not use the full amount! If you want us to split the credit into 2 separate credit codes, please email us and we will do that for you. Shipping costs are excluded in the store credit amount.
★ If you return the total order, you'll receive a refund of the order amount including the shipping costs, which is only applicable for orders within Europe. Countries from outside Europe will only receive a refund of the order amount excluding the shipping costs.
★ If you have received a gift with your order, this gift needs to be returned as well. Otherwise we will deduct the price of the gift from the refund.
★ Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs and items must be sent back in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and free from any marks including make-up and perfume.
★ Please return the item(s) with tracking information and obtain a proof postage from the Post Office. We are not responsible for items that are lost on their way back to Hello My Love.
★ Make sure to write down your name and address on the package so that it's visible for the courier and us.
★ After return approval, please bring the product to the post office as soon as possible. The sooner, the quicker we can process your return. The returned product has to be returned to us in 14 days after you received it.

★ Hello My Love reserves the right to deny a credit note if items are outside the terms of our returns policy.
Hello My Love gives a guarantee up to 30 days AFTER RECEIVING the product (so not 30 days of use). We don't give guarantees to the following:
- Massive deterioration
- Ignoration of wash advice
- Water, fall or deterioration due to hitting it
- Discolouration of jewelry (please read our Jewelry Care page for care tips)
Make sure to check and test the product after receivement! Once the 30 days have past, no claim can be made.
If we receive your return on time, and in line with our return policy as listed above, you will receive your refund.
Your refund will be automatically refunded to the same account as which you paid with. We always transfer the refund within 5 days after receiving your returned goods. It depends on your payment method and bank, how long it takes till the refund is visible on your account:
- IDEAL: takes up to 2 days untill the refund is visible on your account.
- Paypal: takes up to 20 days untill the refund is visible on your account.
- Creditcard: takes up to 20 days untill the refund is visible on your account.
- KBC/Sofort banking: takes up to 20 days untill the refund is visible on your account.
- Bank transfer: takes up to 2 days untill the refund is visible on your account.
