Shipping in the Netherlands

Your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days. It will take approximately 1-4 business days before it will arrive after shipment. You will be notified with tracking information after your order has been shipped. It can happen that packages may be delayed to be shipped in 6 business days due to unforeseen circumstances.

Small orders can be shipped as mailbox package or as a standard package. This mailbox shipping method (without Track&Trace) costs €2,99. You can also choose for the standard package shipping method (with Track&Trace) which costs €4,99. Larger orders will be automatically shipped as a standard package with a trackable code.

 

 

Shipping EU & Worldwide

EU and Worldwide orders are shipped by PostNL or UPS once they leave our warehouse in the Netherlands. You will be notified of the courier and tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Small packages to Europe which fits in an envelop can be sent as a mailbox package (e.g. 1 piece of jewelry). The shipping costs for the mailbox package costs €3,99. Please note: mailbox packages doesn't come with tracking information.

Larger packages will be shipped with flat rate regular shipping costs which is between €9 and €25. It depends on your country. You will receive tracking information with this method. Please go to the checkout page to see how much the shipping costs will be for your country. 

Flat rate regular shipping on Worldwide orders is €25 per order (not item) unless otherwise stated. This method comes with tracking information.

Orders to Europe take approximately 4-9 business days.

Orders to North and South America take approximately 7-12 business days.

Orders to Asia and Ocean Pacific take approximately 9-13 business days.

If you want a package with a Track & Trace code, please contact us by mail. We can arrange that for you, but please note it will be double the shipping costs.

Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Received an Incorrect Item?

If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please email info@hellomylovestore.com with any concerns and we will send you further information on how to proceed. Hello My Love will cover all fees incurred in the process of exchange where receipts can be shown with exact costs (e.g. shipping costs returning incorrect item back to our HQ). We will endeavor to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.

When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.
