★ Shipping in the Netherlands
Orders placed on business days before 15:00 will usually be shipped the same day. It will take approximately 1-4 business days before it will arrive after shipment. You will be notified with tracking information after your order has been shipped. It can happen that packages may be delayed at the sorting centre of PostNL (Dutch Parcel Company). We cannot be held accountable for the delayed packages at PostNL. Also exceeding any delivery term will never entitle you to receive compensation.
Small orders (e.g. 1 jewellery piece) can be shipped as letterbox package or as a standard package. This letterbox shipping method (with stamps so you will not receive a Track&Trace) costs €2,99. This is a non-insured shipping method. You can also choose for the standard package shipping method with insurance (with Track&Trace) which costs €4,99. Larger orders (e.g. 2 or more jewellery pieces and clothing) will be automatically shipped as a standard package with a trackable code due to the weight and value of the package.
PLEASE NOTE! It is temporarily NOT possible to get your order delivered at a parcel shop! Due to the virus some parcel shops are closed and other parcel shops receive too many packages that some of them will be returned to sender. The shipping fee will not be refunded if your parcel will be declined from the parcel shop. Please only fill in your home address as delivery address.
★ Shipping EU & Worldwide
PLEASE NOTE: We are still shipping packages on time but due to a high amount of online orders and COVID-19 measurements, the delivery of packages are delayed. The logistical process in the Netherlands and in many other countries are delayed and there are less aircrafts so please note that it can take a while to arrive and we also are not sure when exactly your package will arrive. You can see below how many days it will take to arrive in normal circumstances. Please think about this before placing your order. Once your order is shipped out, we cannot cancel it anymore.
EU and Worldwide orders are shipped by PostNL, DHL or UPS once they leave our warehouse in the Netherlands. You will be notified of the courier and tracking information after your order has been shipped. It can happen that packages may be delayed at the sorting centre of PostNL (Dutch Parcel Company) of a maximum of 6 weeks. We cannot be held accountable for the delayed packages at PostNL. Also exceeding any delivery term will never entitle you to receive compensation*.
Small packages to Europe which fits in an envelop can be shipped as a letterbox package (e.g. 1 piece of jewelry). The shipping costs for the letterbox package costs €3,99. Please note: letterbox packages is only possible if you order 1 jewelry or accessory piece (not clothing or shoes) and it doesn't come with tracking information.
Larger packages will be shipped with flat rate standard shipping which is between €9 and €27,50. It depends on your country. You will receive tracking information with this method. Please check the box below to see how much the shipping costs are for your country.
Flat rate regular shipping on Worldwide orders is €27,50 per order unless otherwise stated. This method comes with tracking information.

★ Received an Incorrect Item?
If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please email [email protected] with any concerns and we will send you further information on how to proceed. Hello My Love will cover all fees incurred in the process of exchange where receipts can be shown with exact costs (e.g. shipping costs returning incorrect item back to our HQ). We will endeavor to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.
When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.
★ On the Track&Trace page it is stated the my package has been delivered, but I have not received it?
Sometimes it can happen that the mailman already "scanned" your package, but has not been able yet to deliver it to you. We often see this on a Friday or Saturday. Please don't worry, in most cases your package will be delivered next week. If you still haven't received it after about 7-10 days, please check at your neighbours' place. Perhaps the mailman accidentally delivered your package at your neighbours.
